Refund and Returns Policy

All our sales are personalized. They are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your personalization options, shipping address, name, phone number, and credit card information is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, updating your address, or changing the order once an order has been placed.

In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know at info@qrpuzzles.com and we’ll make the arrangements on your behalf. Please note however that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.
